1. How are Snapmaker Artisan and Snapmaker 2.0 compatible with other modules and addons?

2. What are the differences between Artisan Linear Modules and Snapmaker 2.0 TMC Linear Modules?

The Artisan Linear Modules are embedded with sophisticated steel guiderails made by CNC grinding at micron level. They are the foundation for Artisan to perform high-precision 3D Printing, Laser Engraving, and CNC Carving. The X Axis and Y Axes adopt Gates synchronous belts with a lead of 40 mm, and the Z Axes adopt T-slot screws with a lead of 8 mm. The maximum printing speed is 180 mm/s.
The Snapmaker 2.0 TMC Linear Modules adopt T-slot screws and shaft rollers. The leads of X Axis, Y Axes, and Z Axes are 20 mm, 20 mm, and 8 mm respectively. The maximum printing speed is 100 mm/s. Artisan Linear Modules and Snapmaker 2.0 TMC Linear Modules are incompatible and thus cannot be used interchangeably.

3. What payment methods do Snapmaker Artisan support?

We support the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA. When Snapmaker Artisan is out of pre-sale, we support Affirm for installment payment.

The Snapmaker Artısan is a wonderful product

The delivery of the Snapmaker Artisan including the ordered accessories was fast and complete.
In the entire order, only one part was damaged, but this did not affect the function, and I was immediately compensated for it.
The quality of the support is excellent, if you have any questions, you will immediately receive a helpful answer.
Conclusion: The Snapmaker Artisan is an absolutely recommendable product.

Could have been better

First of all i want to mention that the hardware is ok. Durable feels and look steady. But then the software, luban software is horrible. I am not even going in to it. And also the machine lacks basic functionality like knowing when it hits the bottom. There is supposed to be an auto level system, this doesnt work. Same prints come out different everytime, cura doesnt support snapmaker out of the box but thats a cura thing i gues, lihgtburn for laser doesnt work out of the box but thats also lightburn to blame. This wouldnt be a problem if the luban software just works. Couple of things, you cant import the files they say you can, in fact if you export a file and want to import it it only works when you close luban. and then double click a file select luban and the most of the times you have to enter your config again for the paths etc. Long story short for this kind of money , with air purifier more the 4k in Euros, i should work out of the box and the results of the prints shouldnt be different everytime. For now its just a really expensive laser machine. I still hope that it will get better but i dont plan to buy an other machine from snapmaker untill then. If you think that i am the only one then check the discord. One more thing, i ordered a repairkit added some stuff to the order and apparently snapmaker is not able to send it separated. As i am waiting for my order more then a month now. That a repairkit exists says enough btw. But its a good thing they at least provide one.

Worth the wait

It has taken a while for my unit to arrive but it was worth the wait. I enjoyed building the printer and then testing it with each of the different heads. The instruction manual was very detailed but missed a few things here and there but nothing I couldn't work out. After some initial debugging and testing I am now happily printing something everyday and challenging myself with more and more complex projects. It is a great unit.

Danke
