snapmaker filement sensor/switch error

I think that this Printer is not cheap....and therefore it is very important that the support inside and outside the warranty has to be better than other Manufacturer of printer in the same quality. So i think that in my case....it´s solved but i had to explain to the support why i need a new print module. It is solved correcty and very professional.

Poor quality control

I have bought a bundle of these from the official distributor in Poland(BotLand) and installed them on my printing farm. In the course of one week, one by one, each printer accumulated an enormous glob of plastic near the extruder, which grew inside the printing module. I cleaned every printer of hot plastic and discovered that it started flowing through the back side of the extruder. I took one new extruder and tried to tighten it, and I could easily turn it by half rotation. That means all the extruders from that batch were defective, and there was little to no quality control during production. For new buyers, I advise checking every single extruder by hand, but be careful: it is very easy to break the hotend or buy a 3dPrinter from a company that has regard for the quality of their product.
