Still need to get dual extruder to work. I was stressed out on it and went back to laser and single extruder.
I was worried about buying such an expensive 3D printer because the cost was so high, but I didn't want to get something cheap that was always broken down.
I was still worried that it would be difficult to repair when it did break down or expensive. I was very happy that Snapmaker had such great customer service. I was back up an running in less than a week. The guide to diagnose the problem was easy to find and the part showed up quickly.
I would like to specifically thank Potter in customer service who made the whole process easy.
