4. Send Order Number: After completing your purchase, please promptly send your order number (starting with "SM+Number") to our customer support team. Without receiving your order number, we will be unable to process your order.
5. Shipping Coordination: Once we receive your email, our customer support team will arrange for the product shipment from the warehouse.
